Ya mang... I'm guessing yours are closer to the 800-900g range. You should get small block 8's though. Even if you got the 2.1's you would save over 2 pounds.

Ya lol, thats not even the actual weight of the frame either. It still has the brake, BB and headset on.. and that pencil. I have the actual weight at home I just didn't post it yet.

because they were juicy 3's which suck and I wanted a longer cable without having to spend a lot and paying for my brkaes to be bled. BB7's grab better than the juicy 3's and they're also very adjustable.

Purple is made with red. Technically purple would be a shade of red.. and when you have differen't shades of the same colour I find it looks bad. Either way, you have your oppinion and I have mine. I think blue and yellow look good together and I purposely was looking for a yellow frame and blue wheels when I built this bike.

Ya they actually do.. red and purple look really bad together because they're similar. Try to find a red and purple bike.

Ya that's light. I was just asking cause if you're not liking the SLX's anymore (from them cracking) you might want to consider FSA Gravity Light cranks. They only weigh 650 something (I have the number at home) and I've been street riding, dirt jumping and free riding with them and have never had problems with them.

They don't include those in the overall weight of the hub either... bit of a let down.

No thats like a 03 big hit.. I have this same poster in my room from like 6 years ago without all that editing. This was pretty much the first 360 drop off of shore on a mtb.

Where did you get that scale? or any scale like that? I use a fishing scale to weigh my bike but it's precision only goes to .0 KG so it's not good for parts.
